The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor spaces, with a divine views of rice paddy fields. The food at Barbacoa is Latin American with a twist. Barbacoa presents asado-style atmosphere with a combined fire methods that are influenced by Latin American tastes to create rustic local dishes. Asado or barbecue is the simple style of grilling\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\u003Cdiv class=\"grid-layout-col\" data-col-span=\"1\" style=\"--col-span: span 1 \u002F span 1;\">\u003Cp>with perfectly matched sides and sauces. The team of chefs at Barbacoa use the best produce available in Bali to create tasty unpretentious food, which consists of old and new techniques. Their tapas encourage patrons to try a big portion of their menu, such as Cuban pulled pork sliders and chicken empanadita with Manchego Cheese, to the meatier favorites, like charcoal grilled wagyu beef sirloin and spicy prawn with guacamole. Their cocktail menu is also not to be missed – among the favourites are frozen margarita and Silent Assassin, a cocktail of chilli vodka, raspberry, and coriander root.
